REFUND POLICY

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We may accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible products. To qualify for a return or refund, the item must have been purchased directly from TrustedCBDSource.com, the product must be in its original packaging, the product must not be excessively used, damaged, or altered, and proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, certain items may not qualify for return, including opened or heavily used products, products damaged by misuse or improper storage, clearance or final sale items, promotional or free bonus items, and gift cards if offered. Trusted CBD Source reserves the right to determine product eligibility for returns.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, photos of the package and product, and a brief description of the issue. Once reviewed, we may offer a product replacement, store credit, or partial or full refund when approved.

4. RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, please contact our support team before sending any items back. Please include your Full Name, Order Number, Product Purchased, and Reason for Return. Once your request is reviewed, return instructions will be provided if approved. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. REFUND APPROVAL

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear.

6. SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the return is due to our error such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees may be deducted from approved refunds when applicable.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only before shipment processing begins. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

8. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If an order is refused or returned due to incorrect shipping information, failure to receive the package, or delivery refusal, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges, reshipping fees, and restocking fees if applicable.

9. WHOLESALE OR BULK ORDERS

Wholesale, distributor, and bulk purchases may be subject to separate refund terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please contact us directly for wholesale return inquiries.
